'Sweet game'
The legal representative, prosecuting, detailed the defendant's actions to the judicial body.

The defendant played a "treat game" with the children, the legal counsel said, in which he would access the sleeping quarters when they were preparing to sleep and tell them to eat sweets "as quickly as they can".
She stated to the judge Ruben had conducted this practice with the boys "repeatedly", and youngsters had previously become sick the next day.
She said Ruben had been successful in rationalizing this over a long period as the minors being "overexcited from fun", until his stepchild had suspicions in summer 2025.
The prosecutor added: "This year his family member had worries about the situation, for good reason.
"They chose" to investigate in the defendant's belongings."
The legal counsel explained objects including lubricant, petroleum jelly and medical needles were found, and his stepchild contacted the authorities about his worries.
She said the defendant continued to conduct the "sweet game" with six children that evening - July 26th - and they were all ill the following morning.
"Authorities" had not responded by that time," she added.
The regulatory agency, the investigative body, had stated that it was reviewing law enforcement's management of the events.
Mrs Prior explained the minors were struggling to walk due to their sickness, so Ruben's stepson called the law enforcement once more.
